DOWSIL 7500

Main features

  • Color-Coded 1:1 Mixing
  • Five-Minute 125 deg C Cure
  • Stencil-Printable Electronics Bonding

Product Description

DOWSIL 7500 Adhesive Kit uses color-coded two-part components and a 1:1 mix ratio to create a translucent green, heat-cure silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive for electronics assembly. Part A is translucent yellow and Part B is translucent blue, helping confirm component loading and mixing. The material is stencil- or screen-printable and cures in five minutes at 125 deg C to a soft pressure-sensitive elastomer for bonding electronic components, FR4, heat sinks and module parts. Complex-viscosity values at defined shear rates and a thixotropic ratio of 2.3 support process evaluation, while the cured adhesive has Shore 00 hardness and 90-degree peel data.

Key features

  • Color-coded 1:1 mixing: Yellow and blue components produce a green mixed adhesive for visual verification.
  • Five-minute heat cure: Typical cure time is five minutes at 125 deg C.
  • Stencil and screen printability: Rheology supports patterned electronics-assembly application.

Applications

Pressure-sensitive bonding of electronic components, FR4, heat sinks and module components.
