  • Toughened Structural Bonding
  • Metal, Plastic, and Rubber Bonding
  • Up to 140 deg C Service

Product Description

CYBERBOND 2241 is a black, fast-setting, rubber-toughened ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive from the xtraflex Series. Designed as a partly flexible adhesive, it provides shock absorbence and high temperature resistance, making it excellent for dynamic, temperature-loaded bonds and combination bonding of metals to rubber or plastics.

Key features

  • Rubber toughened: Offers partial flexibility to absorb shocks and withstand dynamic loads.
  • High temperature resistance: Maintains performance across a broad service temperature range of -55 to 140°C.
  • Fast bonding performance: Features quick setting times, such as 6-16 seconds on EPDM and 7-13 seconds on ABS plastics.

Applications / Suitable for

  • Combination bonding of metal to rubber.
  • Combination bonding of metal to plastic.
  • Applications requiring shock absorbence and dynamic load resistance.
